My husband and I love using Kelly and JFB for when we travel. We feel very comfortable and confident leaving our kitties in their care, which is not something we take lightly! The updates we get in the portal are perfectly written, with all the info and pictures we need to keep our minds at ease. We also love the other ways they’ve stood out from other businesses, like the cards and printed photos they send on occasion. They were very compassionate when we lost one of our babies, even sending a little custom gift, which helped us through an otherwise very painful time.
